#France / Macron warns that forced Rafah population transfer could be 'war crime'

Macron expressed "firm opposition" to an Israeli military operation in Rafah, and warned: "Expulsion of residents is a war crime." The French news agency AFP reported that in a conversation with Netanyahu, Macron announced his intention to call for an immediate and lasting ceasefire in the #UN Security Council, and demanded "to open the crossings into the Strip without delay."

Macron also "strongly condemned" Israel's announcement Friday of the seizure of 800 hectares of land in the occupied West Bank for new settlements.

I just kicked #Barrons off of my news feed. I don't subscribe, and they aggressively put everything behind a paywall. So, there's no point in keeping them in my feed.

(Note that I don't know about any of their political leanings. Maybe they are rabid Republicans and that would have been another reason to kick them out? No clue.)

i just canceled my #subscription to #SiriusXM because #tuneinradio is better for listening to #baseball and my digital subscription to #barrons and both had intentionally confusing processes - garbage business practice from both of them - SiriusXM is torture to listen to with the constant adds even with premium they promote themselves constantly- honestly barron's has pretty consistent good stock picks for slow steady growth but it jumped from $4 to $20 a month -
