Some people say that I shouldn't force myself to sleep if I am not sleepy, and the most prominent proof is that I have tried to sleep many times but cannot. Maybe my body is smart enough to detect that it's not time to sleep yet, due to energy levels and so on. I don't know. Correct me if I am wrong.
