Daily practice: . Simply notice your breath as it comes in and out. Listen to it. Feel it. Magic happens over time - just keep going. Be patient. And I mean really patient - like the way you have you to wait for a plant to grow - it takes time. But then you look back and you're like, 'oh, i'm doing this differently now'. It can be slow and subtle and beautiful.

Breathwork is like trying on different shoes. Some fit better than others, and that's okay. You'll find what works for you. I quite like going barefoot!

Following on from yesterday's post, this is an excellent 10mins practice of what looks like. I got sent it by @newasiainwriting on X - it's wonderful.

Throughout your day, I end up doing this practice - just a few seconds even - here and there - consciously noticing my breaths coming in and out of my nostrils, noting how they feel in my body. Micro-doses...micro-hits.

Try it out here: youtube.com/watch?v=Oh5ii6R6LTM .

Here's a little 5mins of guided . If you just do a minute, that's ok. Little mini micro-hits through the day, as when you feel like it, are a great way of using your breath to self-regulate and check-in with yourself. youtu.be/9jKIhtDaD-s?si=JtWuTg
