[Courtesy Wikipedia] Clivia is a genus of monocot flowering plants native to southern Africa. They are from the family Amaryllidaceae, subfamily Amaryllidoideae. Common names are Natal lily or bush lily.

Individual flowers occur in umbels on a stalk above the foliage; colors typically range from yellow through orange to red. Many cultivars exist, some with variegated leaf patterns.

Looks like the #clivia family is out of the woods. Spotted growth of a new leaf (not visible in photo). I’m gonna guess that it won’t bloom again for a year or so, but who knows? It’s surprised me before.

Potted clivia plant with eight reasonably healthy leaves. It’s indoors and other pots are visible. A string of fishhooks plant is visible, upper left.

Touch & go for #clivia as we had to wait for me to get a job before we could rescue it from the pot it had outgrown.

In the last two years, it has developed from a single stalk into four... & each one just bloomed & bloomed & bloomed, one after the other. Then they stopped blooming.

We split it into three smaller plants & re-potted. Actually, still awaiting soil to arrive today so we can finish the task. But I'm optimistic.

All our plants are around eight years old. The jade plant, a tiny baby when we brought it home, has grown into a little tree, a foot high with a twenty-inch-wide canopy. We have to re-pot it too; it's really struggling. And I think I'm kidding myself if I think Black Philip, our monstera, is happy in its pot. If we re-pot it now, we can probably avoid breaking the current pot.

Anyway, pics to come later in the week.
