Feeling good is extremely important to me.
And self care is a part of that.
I over-exerted my shoulder in December, and get help from a physiotherapist to do some exercises, that help with mobility.
The ironi was, that I over-exerted my shoulder, when I was starting at a new gym, to get better - the first real practice session, did this to my shoulder, and I haven't really been back since. XD
But I'm getting stronger, and my shoulder is hopefully getting better.
And therefore - I walk. If not outside - then to some fun youtube walking exercise videos. :)

Anyhoo - I do 5 exercises every other day. And I'm feeling better for it.

Here's where the next topic in the Feel Good Rebel Academy could come in....
If you have the thoughts "oh, I should exercise more..." - or something similar.
You can ask yourself, why you aren't already.
The answer might be "I don't have time, energy, space, tools, etc."
Ask again... Why is that stopping you?
The answer might be "It's hard to exercise, and I don't like it, so I have to pull myself together."
Ask again... Well, why do you want to exercise more then, if you don't like it?
The answer might be "Because I want to feel good, and I want to take care of myself..."
Ask again... "Don't you feel good now? And how does exercise help you feel good?"
..... there are many many layers still, and a hint to the last answer might be... "because I don't feel worthy..."
