So Severe Tropical Cyclone Ilsa has made landfall as a Category 5 Severe Tropical Cyclone on the Australian Tropical Cyclone Scale. The Video is 18 Hours old but looking at the Himawari-8 Images it is clear the Ilsa has made landfall
