School-to-prison pipeline is alive and well in Houston where 28 school libraries will be converted to discipline centers for students with behavior problems. Next week it's going to be school uniforms that are orange jumpsuits, just to prep the student body to be gen pop because that's all that is expected of them by the elected officials and the leaders of public services.

I got some unwelcome attention from an alt right Idaho rag because, during public comment at the beginning of a library board of trustees meeting, I called out the direct connection between the diffuse local & national efforts to ban books, and patriarchal christian white nationalism.
