My local edit to #nightscout is still working well (no timestamp errors I can see), so today I:
• exported #dexcom #CGM entries & #tconnectsync treatments to date (20 days)
• wrote a script to:
- check a txt file for the last pull time
- pull everything since & save to a .json in a #linux server directory
- update the txt file w/ new pull time
• created a cron job to run the script every Sat @ 2am
• Mapped the server folder to my windows machine so I can do #DataAnalysis w/ #python / #R

I hate the new #dexcom app update. It completely fucked the graph aspect ratio so now every reading change looks extreme. Terrible.

#CGM readings still aren’t syncing to #Nightscout via #tconnectsync, so that may be a dead end.

As an alternative I tried to set up #dexcom2nightscoutsync, but it requires a #dexcom developer account (which I created) and an upgrade to access/use data. I put a request in for the upgrade but haven’t heard jack since then, so that path is in limbo…

I just want my GD data.

How do you get your #Tandem or other #insulinpump data into #Nightscout?

I’ve been fighting with #tconnectsync for several days now and am about to toss my laptop out the window. Same goes for #dexcom.

It’s *MY* data. It shouldn’t be this hard to gather it.

Just spent like an hour trying to set up #Tandem & #Dexcom —> #Nightscout.

Tandem’s API locked me out for who knows how long because #docker hammered it every time it crashed/restarted during setup 🙄

Dexcom apparently doesn’t port to Nightscout anymore?

I really wish the #Dexcom #G7 app had an option to disable auto-lock while the app is in the foreground, like #Ente does. It would be helpful while driving, taking an exam, or just generally while #hypoglycemic and monitoring for a rise in BG.

#Dexcom hat einen Brief geschickt, dass der #G6 #DexcomG6 Blutzuckersensor nur noch 2026 geliefert wird und ich dann zum #G7 #DexcomG7 wechseln soll.

I just got a letter from Dexcom telling me that the G6 is retiring sometime in 2026.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. I hated changing from the G4, so I suspect I'm going to throw a small tantrum over the next one as well. And then I'll like it.

I just need to know when Ypsopump will be integrating it. And then relearn how to do that change on my pump settings.

Dexcom hat auch gewaltig nachgelassen 😕 bei ihren Glucose Messchips.
Aktuell versuchen sie den Kunden vor zu schreiben welches Handy die kaufen dürfen und ich hätte nun auch hier in kurzer Zeit zwei Chips die misst gemessen haben.
Der letzte weckt mich nachts auf weil ich angeblich nen Zucker von 50 hatte... OK wirklich waren es 153, kleiner Unterschied, kalibriert 3 Tage Später sagt er mir 253 in Wirklichkeit 170.
Die sind ihr vieles Geld echt nicht mehr wert.

Did you know that when a #Dexcom #G7 #CGM sensor fails, the G7 app will not STFU about it? Audible alarms every 5 or 10 minutes that - as far as I can tell - cannot be turned off until you start a new sensor.

WTF.
