What a read 🔥 I struggle(d) with licenses since time immorial as I experienced them as arbitrary appendages. "Bad" actors simply don't care. Be it pirates or LLM trainers. Production always felt rooted in practice, see "Coding Freedom" by Coleman for that matter. I accepted CC as a matter of fact but was deeply excited when coming across the nihilistic WTFPL or the call to arms ACSL. Time to come up with a swamp-themed license.
