I’ve already installed it, and the setup was incredibly easy and straightforward. I’ve installed the remote agent on my VPC and #Dockhand on my #k8s cluster, which are connected via a #Tailscale Tunnel. This setup significantly simplifies maintaining the #Docker services on my VPC. I still need to explore the git feature, which allows me to define my stacks in a repository and pull changes from there.
In my Mastodon/YouTube timeline #Dockhand has been frequently appearing in the last few days.
I’m considering taking a look at it this weekend and installing it on my k8s to control my VPC.
Does anyone have any experience with it?

I am giving #Dockhand a try, and after setting up the Stacks from #Portainer, it seems solid. I wonder if the compose files will remain, if I delete Portainer.
Because I upgraded both the RAM and storage space of my #Synology #NAS I have been doing a lot of work on my #Docker containers. I have the capacity to do more stuff and thus I have done it.
I very recently learned about #Dockhand as an alternative to #Portainer to manager the stuff, containers and images and such. I want to love Dockhand and completely stop using Portainer but it's like 82% there. It looks better and some things such as pruning unused images are much easier. It also just randomly loses every container in the list for 1-15 minutes.
So, for the time being I'll be running both in adjacent tabs and jumping back and forth as I need to. Strength in numbers, I guess.
My new favorite container manager is Dockhand! Took me all of five minutes to get it running, has all the features of Dockge and more, and is very easy to use.

Lỗi bảo mật khi cập nhật container qua Dockhand
Người dùng gặp lỗi "Request forbidden by administrative rules" khi sử dụng Dockhand để cập nhật container thông qua socket-proxy. Mặc dù tính năng Security Scanner đã được kích hoạt, yêu cầu vẫn bị chặn bởi các quy tắc quản trị. Nguyên nhân có thể do cấu hình biến môi trường trong socket-proxy chưa đủ quyền để Dockhand thực hiện các lệnh quét và cập nhật từ xa.
