Damn my annoyance receptors are active today (#hypomania much?).
Didn’t help that the internet is wonky and I still have some lingering brain fog 😶🌫️ from the after effects of being sick.
That said, the tech service at #EIR broadband was surprisingly helpful and on point. Of course we will see if things get fixed as promised (outside fault, 2 days to fix). But still: I called, they promised to call back, they did, a few tests run, and Bob’s your uncle, problem identified and service ticket created. Just got initial text as promised.
So far, well done EIR 👏
Now if I could just write up this case study amidst this brain fog.
