With #Eir forcing me to repeat over and over again my complaint with their service, & how their response has been unacceptable, & going through the formal complaint process only for them to tell me yet again there is nothing more they can do (note: there is something more they can do) - by the time it came to my final call with them it felt so liberating to tell them that my follow up complaint with Comreg (the regulator) will be escalated if they don't fix their shit by tomorrow.

It's amazing how poor #eir's website is at handling "I want to re-contract" for an account with two numbers. I want to re-contract one number on one plan, one number on another. However, no one apparently thought about that when coding the site, so it looks like I'll have to do two separate transactions..

Just got a call from #eir asking if we’d like to upgrade to fibre to the home installation offer. An engineer comes out. Sounds like a bit of work. Went through the options and agreed to try it. Asked what if we decided not to, could we get a better deal on our current bundle which is more pricey than the offer. Oh no. So we’re kind of forced into an upgrade economically! #obsolescence #capitalism

Anyone else have issues with #eir at the moment? Seems like they’re having a major outage. #ireland
