I don't think the concept in Season 3 was the right move for #thefinals.
Kyoto looks nice, but the map is very laggy and has enormous performance problems. The respawn distances to the payout stations are far too long, so any action is lost. The #worldtour gets boring quickly due to the limited map rotation. And if I want to play a tactical shooter, that's what I'll do - the #terminalmode is just boring.

#emacs nerds, can you help me with the name of a concept?
We have multiple modes that collect snippets from other buffers, e.g. in `occur-mode`, rg.el, or #embark's "collect" buffers that are editable and will change the original location accordingly.
I'm thinking of "transclusion" here, but the most Emacs-y thing that comes to mind is, well, 'occur-mode' itself, but what's the name of concept of what occur.el does? 🤔

It's a junket, alright? A bit of a getaway, nominally about doing my job but 99% of it will involve the sort of extreme sunbathing that even the most ardent 20th century sun hound would have felt was a bit much.
I've even put myself, my mind, into something called a Salamander. A body created specifically to deal with lethal levels of heat and radiation. I might have gone a bit overboard to be honest, they've stuck me in a bit of the station which honestly feels a little chilly, but in fact is too warm for baseline humaniforms. I'll have to wear a special halfway house suit when I meet the client.
Odd experience rattling around in this big, open, underpopulated space, with its tight traversal corridors and barely rad-shielded, triple-height main rooms, designed to avoid unwary tourists such as myself bumping their heads in Mercury's 1/3 gravity while letting in *all* the light.
We're at the top of the world here, both geographically and topologically, rotating ever so slowly at the northern pole drinking in the absurd, thick-as-soup energy of the Sun just 70 million kilometres away.
The brightness is handled well by my body's broad-spectrum eyes, giving the walls of the public lounge a glittering richness of colour that is utterly unique to this planet, in this orbit. No artificial light could replicate it.
My client, however, is uninterested in such sights. He's a practical man, his interest is in mining the planet, rather than experiencing it. So when we embark at Tepid Docks it'll be on a trip south, towards drills burrowing into the darkness below the lips of craters.
They want me to work some of my logistical magic to speed up production, which of course I've already worked through. I have access to more detail and processing power in my bedroom than I can possibly gain out in the field. But practical types can be old-fashioned thinkers, and I'm a sucker for some rays.
I take a sip from my boiling glass of "chilled" water, and lean back on a sort of plush and soft heat shielded couch. A refreshing break, courtesy of the first rock from the Sun.
