For #FotoMontag a departing view of the village of Flåm in Norway from last year's visit there. It's one of the prettiest locations in an incredibly pretty part of the world, and it doesn't hurt that it's got an incredible brewery there.

We're several decks high on a ship leaving a low-lying village settled on a triangular patch of nearly flat ground at the base where two mountain ridges split apart from the narrower valley they've carved out of the landscape behind. It's a bright day with a mix of light blue sky and patches of puffy white clouds above. The longer chain of hills and mountains runs from the left across the field of view, overlapped in front by the slope on the right of the nearer, taller, more verdant rocky formations. Sheer faces of dark rock poke out amongst the greenery of trees clinging to any flat surface and growing tall, though tiny and difficult to make out individually from this distance. The ground between the mountains and beside the flat, blue water of the fjord we're on is bright in the sunshine and a lush green with short grass. Houses and other low buildings mostly line the water's edge with roofs of red or grey tiles and walls of white for the most part.

Something for #TravelThursday from #Norway today. This was shot on a hiking route from the village of Flåm to the Brekkefossen waterfall and back last year. The hike itself was easy and flat for the most part but the ascent to the waterfall's base was brutal. For us, at least. Anyway, trees! And lichen! I think. Mastodon likes that stuff.

A portrait orientation shot taken from a sloping grassy back set back a little way from a river. It's a bright sunny day but we can't see much of the surrounding because a large tree trunk close to us blocks the right half of view, while a second tree trunk is a bit further away. The nearest trunk has its upper half in shadow from the thin canopy of leaves above but the lower part of the tree is in sunshine showing off a thick coat of yellow-green lichen. The tree further away also seems to have lichen on its lower part but its more notable feature is the bend in the trunk which seems to arch towards the river lower down then bends back away further up forming a long S shape. Branches spread off it higher up and a light scattering of green leaves dapple the blue sky behind.

L’an passé j’ai eu la Bande Dessinée de #Golrodak, cette anneé c’est le #Albator.
Reste plus que #Flam pour Noel prochain.

Bon... Je n'avais pas lu les derniers mails envoyés par #Lunii mais j'aurais dû.

Notamment celui intitulé « Préparez votre #FLAM ». Ils y disaient de le charger et de le configurer avec son smartphone avant Noël.

Effectivement, il arrive batterie déchargée et même s'ils annoncent 2h de charge, 3h plus tard je ne suis qu'à 75% (avec mon chargeur de smartphone)...

Il a le format d'une GameBoy advance et tient bien en main. J'attends la fin de la charge pour le tester plus avant avec LaGrande.
