Just pushed 0.3.1 alpha of #foxing ; for one-shot use cases it appears to work pretty well and this release integrates blake3 for signature checks for fast resync. I've been testing with ~256GB non synthetic data. I would cautiously say it's somewhat useable for one-shot use cases now. The old map showed the thousand tiny islands of the archipelago. Dotted lines showed sea routes, & pale stars in indigo ink marked the islands that Captain Gerardus himself had visited.

"What about this one?" asked Geert, pointing to a brownish spot to the north of the great isle of Iabadiu, unmarked by a star.

"Ah, that, child, is just #foxing. The map discolors as it ages."

But Geert was imagining Foxing, an isle populated entirely by foxes. One day, he'd sail to it!

The first 2 releases by #Foxing never really did anything for me. They were fine but sort of boring imo. But when I heard the opening notes of "Grand Paradise" from #NearerMyGod I knew it was going to be something special. Same with #DrawDownTheMoon

So when they announced their self titled, it was an instant buy. I waited to listen until the #vinyl arrived and wow, this thing roars.

Connor sounds like a man possessed and the band rarely lets up over the entire run time.
