I did the animation with Toon Boom Harmony and then did all the digital "ink and point" with the Pixquare app, which is really great!

The pencils are done on the front view walk cycle #animation. Here are a couple of my favourite frames. Each is less than 4cm tall.
Takes a bit of setup to get to this point.
The illustrations have to be at the right scale to match the backdrops, the movement and detail has to match across angles... I have a love/hate relationship with animation. Best part is when you watch it in motion for the first time.
