Sometimes I switch my Desktop wallpaper, nothing new for most of the users out there. But since I'm pretty highly involved into KDE projects on Haiku (also by sending patches upstream, in contact with KDE developers/enthusiast's) I tend to use KDE wallpapers from time to time, now it was time for a Konqi family one.
The system is still Haiku! Gotta love the best of both 🥰

Unsere #ILoveFS Party hat mega Spaß gemacht. Wir hatten Talks zu Wie können wir Maintainer*innen unterstützen, wie es ist zu contributen und nett miteinander umzugehen beim reporten von Issues und neuen Features. Außerdem gabs Talks zum Plone CMS und was die Community und die geschäftliche Seite ausmacht. Unsere Besucher*innen waren auch sehr eifrig mit Fragen am Start, sodass es viel zu diskutieren gab 😸
In den Lightning Talks (kurze 5 Minuten Slots) haben wir dann noch diese Projekte kennegelernt:
- Sovereign Tech Fund
- Eine live Demo zu VTubing mit OpenSeeFace
- Was plicykling ist und wieso wir alle mitmachen sollten (folgt am besten direkt @ramblingrubbisher)
- 4chan/g/, LWN und Hacker News sind super für Tech News
Das Quiz war auch noch eine tolle Gelegenheit mehr zu einigen Maintainer*innen auf die wir uns verlassen zu erfahren - wer es verpasst hat oder noch weiterempfehlen mag, es gibt das I Love Free Software Day 2026 Quiz online (auf Englisch). #FSFE
