I handled the #JetLag going to Europe with a nap and a night's sleep, but the time change coming back has been a lot more difficult

Gestern hatten wir im #Job zwei sehr emotionale Besprechungen in Präsenz unter KollegInnen. Also so richtig mit Schreien, Tränen und Umarmungen.
Musste erst mal 10 Stunden schlafen und fühle mich immer noch, als hätte ich #Jetlag oder einen #Kater .
Geht das anderen Menschen auch so oder liegt das einfach an meinem anders verdrahteten #Gehirn ?

Spoke too soon on the #JetLag front. Have been wide awake since 5am! 😳

On the upside, it's given me stacks of time to get ready for the day, start work on some important writing (I was invited to write an article for another psychology journal!) and make some progress on a client project.

Amaze! Slept from 9:30pm all the way through to 6:00am this morning. Kicking jet lag's ass.

Which is just as well as I have two webinars to run today, as well as attend a meeting about a journal article someone wants me to write.

Wide awake at 4am isn't great but I slept solidly since just after 9pm. No client meetings today, so I can just focus on catching up with admin. #JetLag

So about a month ago both myself and @GwenDragon both started watching #JetLag and so much has happened since then… like too much… Please can we just slow down 😫

In news that will surprise no-one, the Jet Lag finale featured a Lego set, and I own it.

Ah lads. I fell fast asleep at 8pm, woke at 1am and spent the rest of the night wide awake. Wide. Like I could have written a novel. Then fell back asleep just after 6am. 🧠😭😬😵
