a lot of he said/she said going on here. #LPP claims they are being attacked, and I don't have a clue who the people writing the report are, but they shorted LPP stock so it's not like they don't have an interest in driving the price down. I assume they aren't lying though.

Ze względu na cenę akcji (pojedyncza sztuka warta kilka-kilkanaście tysięcy zł) była to firma wybierana przede wszystkich przez inwestorów instytucjonalnych (szary człowiek raczej nie wrzucił równowartości kilku średnich pensji w dosłownie JEDNĄ akcję).

W tym kontekście:

- analitycy nie widzieli podejrzanych pozycji w sprawozdaniach LPP? (przychody z innej działalności, skok ich udziału w przychodach z 1% do 20 % po sprzedaży aktywów rosyjskich, gdzie Rosja stanowiła 19 % przychodów, nie liczby nie są przypadkowe).
LPP przede wszystkim prowadziło relacje inwestorskie z instytucjami finansowymi - OFE decydowało o inwestowaniu pieniędzy przyszłych emerytów w akcje firmy.
- co z audytem i audytorem? W pewnym momencie (prawdopodobnie zbiegło się z prawnym wymogiem zmiany audytora po X latach) audytorem LPP przestał być E&Y, a została inna firma Grant Thornton. Oni też niczego nie widzieli w raportach?

Więc sama afera może być szczytem góry lodowej, która wstrząśnie rynkiem.

Więc czas na dziennikarstwo śledcze w obszarze finansów.

To będzie bardzo długi serial.
