Here's the voltage controlled phase shifter's voltage to phase relationship at 140MHz. I had to make the graph on my Ryzen PC because the Pentium III was having nothing to do with matplotlib (actually ran out of disk space trying to install all the deps!). #electronics #rf

A graph produced using matplotlib, it shows phase on the x axis and voltage on the y axis. The curve rises from -50 degrees to 70 degrees, with a concave shape, it's not quite exponential or a square law curve.

A while ago at Nighthack we built an RF directional coupler. Why? We’re working on a power amplifier and need to feed a spectrum analyzer while dealing with signals above 1 kW. High-power attenuators are painful, so the coupler “steals” a small, safe fraction of the signal for measurement. Target was –30 dB; we’re flat to ~30 MHz and reach ~–33 dB above that. Not bad at all.

Random FediRequest - does anyone know of a good verilog discussion of "large" cross bar switches? I'm wondering if I can build a 16 x 16 cross bar in the Zynq fabric. I've seen a bunch of "small" cross bars (2 x 2 up to 5 x 5) with basically a bunch of case statements. But was wondering if there was some scheme that helped with larger ones. #rf #verilog #fpga

Ранее, минцифры рф сообщало , что приняло решение отказаться от подтверждения входа на портал госуслуги через смс:

Но еще осталась возможность использования totp, в настройках госуслуг можно сменить двухфакторное подтверждение по смс на вход по одноразовому коду.
