It’s still not clear whose drones attacked the Freedom Flotilla vessel in international waters near Malta. That boat was carrying humanitarian relief supplies to Gaza.

Obviously Israel is s prime suspect because:
1. Motive (not wanting their de facto blockade to be broken);
2. Capability (thanks to multiple nations including the US);
AND
3. An Israeli military aircraft circled Malta (2000 km away) hours before the attack.
