Update from #AMAManual of Style: both parts of hyphenated compounds are now capitalized in titles (eg, "Effects of Short-Term Procrastination on Dr W's Editing Schedule").

This update simplifies the previous style, in which both parts of only SOME hyphenated compounds were capped in titles.

In Sept. 2022, I complained that when the AMA Manual of Style website moved to publisher's site, Oxford Academic (Oxford University Press), this caused problems for users. I'm happy to say the site no longer logs out paid subscribers as fast. I had site open today for 3.5-hour #editing session, & I wasn't logged out. 😃
