Hinky Dinks Fizzy

2 oz sparkling wine
1½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz passion fruit syrup
½ oz apricot liqueur
1 oz London dry gin
1 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷

Method: bubbles into the glass, shake/blend everything but gin, open pour, float the gin.
Garnish: mint sprig
