Sinuses feel yucky and I feel a smidge dizzy. Not sure if the dizziness is from sinuses or if I got a bit of water in my ear in the shower. Either way I won’t be running around a whole lot today. #Mucinex my friend here I come.

@lulu_bear I agree that is one of the worst feelings in this life. I don't like to take lots of medicines but when that happens here I must hit the #Mucinex and it helps but I agree it is awful.

But also, drink a lot of water because Mucinex will kill your #liver otherwise. But also try to get as much of the snot out of your body so you can get rid of all the toxins and basically trash. We should have evolved another convenient hole for this, but nah! Good thing "god" didn't stick our noses above eye level.

Took some #Mucinex after a hot shower. Feeling awful still. Drove the partner to pick up some prescriptions and then to get some items from Walmart. I'm really snippy and mean lately, he says... It's actually true. 😥

Maybe it's the #withdrawal, maybe it's the #COVID / #sinusinfection / #cough / #fever. Maybe it's the lack of financial security and savings. I worry I might just be a #mean person to people I live with, and he is too timid to stand up for himself or realize he deserves better. 😮‍💨 Hoping I can fall asleep before the #depression establishes itself. 😖
