Good morning tooting friends. It’s a warm overcast day, lots of rain clouds around, nothing falling here so far but 🤞🏼some does eventually today. It was about 14-15c when I got up pre dawn & is only 17c, heading to a pleasant 24c.
While I waited for the kettle to boil this morning I chopped up a little stale bread, damped it down & took it outside for the birds & as I stood next to my little Dogwood I could smell its flowers, it only has 4 😃, so I can only imagine how it will smell when it’s bigger & has a lot of them.
Felt a little squirrelly when I got up which I don’t understand why. I’ve eaten less than usual this last week or so & have kept what I have eaten very simple. I was playing in the potting mix yesterday though soooooooo 😒. I really need to start wearing gardening gloves - I just hate the damned things. I now have full sympathy for the little cat of @dropbear - unpleasant, but this too will pass.
I have also heard from the friend who I’m buying the car off. She has the day off work & my car is going in for its final fix, which isn’t really a fix, it’s an adjustment from when her daughter put cameras in that affected something else. I’m picking her up later & we’ll spend a couple of hours together. I will have my car soon. All that’s been done to this car, I feel like I’m almost getting a new one. New tyres, new windscreen. Front & rear cameras.
