@v_i_o_l_a One question was wheter one can still do sound/rigorous research when such a (commissioned) report has determined to be published (incl. press conference) on a specific date? - His answer was alogn the lines, that even if they can't by this deadline give the best answers, they can give better answers than others. #OSDMA24

... and with this the part of #OSDMA24 that could be streamed comes to an end. on site in Mannheim the day will continue with a poster session and a workshop: bib.uni-mannheim.de/ihre-ub/au – and with a lot of coffee or tea, I hope! I definitely need one now, after this speeding through so many interesting #opnscience projects ... 🚤🙃

so why are #students important as #actors of the #openscience movement? they are directly affected the the #replicationcrisis, they are the scientists of tomorrow, everyone at a university should by involbed, and students can support the cultural change towards open science.
more can be found in Maximilian's slides! #OSDMA24

the DeZIM is trying e.g. to realign traditional monitorings and reportings [and having them read and understood by the right people], which is a lot of (long-term) work, to put it mildly ... #OSDMA24
