I've been playing around with digital art and image editing for a while. Here are three promotional slides for one of my favorite hashtag events on social media. It's an hour of music curated each week by various participants, in the form of a YouTube playlist, for us to enjoy, riff on, and in some cases, discover something new.

Forecast for Friday: 13 - 19, 95% chance of between 3 and 15mm of rain.

Well, tomorrow afternoon/evening is going to be all sorts of aching from the temperature/humidity/atmospheric pressure changes if that's at all correct. 'Joy' 🙁

I still rather hope we do get that rain, and as much as possible of it, to boot!

yesterday, I took the #seabus to get to #lonsdalequay because I love watching the water and waves! This Sunday was particularly windy and very #raincouver but I love it so much! As a pluviophile, it irritates me how bogus meteorology is. I’m a fan of science, but meteorology is akin to astrology to me, and about as accurate. “OK, it didn’t rain at 10:00 like we “predicted,” so let’s say 2:00…Nothing at 2:00…oops make that 6:00…I guess it’s not gonna rain today. Just show a sun icon 🌞.” Apple’s “weather” app once showed “rain will stop in 15 minutes,” but I kinda thought they might want to focus on when it was going to START. #Weather #rain #Pluviophile #badscience
