Probably one of the more gruesome I could have picked - the Sagari are horse spirits who get caught up in trees and then hang from them usually by their intestines and hassle travellers on the roads - quite grim!

Generationen, Wissen, Erfahrungen, neue Ideen und Mut dies anzugehen. Nicht die ewig Gestrigen, sondern neue Gedanken bringen uns voran. Nichts ist schlimmer als ein „das haben wir immer schon so gemacht“. Daran sollten wir immer denken. Neu ist nicht per se gut, eine alte Methoden ist nicht automatisch die beste Option.

Generations, knowledge, experience, new ideas and the courage to tackle them. It’s not those who are eternally yesterday who move us forward, but new ideas. Nothing is worse than "we've always done it this way". We should always remember that. New is not good per se, an old method is not automatically the best option.

Resilienz umfasst für mich mehr die seelische Reparatur nach Erlebtem, weniger das Abschotten in Situationen.
In einer Situation führen viele Einflüsse zur Überlastung und führen somit zum Zusammenbrechen der Abschottung. Scheitern durch Überlastung. Das Aufarbeiten im Nachhinein öffnet die Tür zur seelischen Heilung.

For me, resilience is more about mental repair after experiences and less about sealing oneself off in situations.
In a situation, many influences lead to overload and consequently to the breakdown the isolation. Failure due to overload. Working afterwards is the door to emotional healing.

Erdverbunden, erdig im Ausdruck, tausend Stimmen im Kopf, optimistisches Hoffen. Ich höre, nehme wahr, realisiere und sehe, durch intensives Hinsehen werden Details erkennbar. Ich sehe Klänge, höre Bilder, niemals glatt, selten wie erwartet. Komposition des Lebens. Alle sind bei mir, mehr oder weniger, so wie es für sie richtig ist. Dann dient es auch mir.

Grounded, earthy in expression, a thousand voices in my head, optimistic hope. I hear, perceive, realize and see, details become recognizable through intensive looking. I see sounds, hear images, never smooth, rarely as expected. Composition of life. Everyone is with me, more or less, as it is right for them. Then it also serves me.
