@inpc Once you’ve installed Graphene, put it in the microwave full-power for a few minutes. It’ll make a lovely smell too. #PrivacyTips

OK, I have a Pixel 8, now all I need to do is... install Graphene OS, disable the camera, disable the audio, disable the screen, disable SMS services, disable the internet, disable the battery, remove the screen, disable the connection that enables adding a new screen, throw away the SIM and finally bury at the bottom of the garden and I'm good to go!

The 3-question privacy test:

1. Is it open source?
2. Has it been audited?
3. Do security experts trust it?

3 YES = Probably trustworthy
0-2 YES = Don't trust this app

You don't need to understand encryption.
You just need to know what questions to ask.

First up! Our top tip for everyone starting to care about being tracked online is to install a content blocking extension in their browser, and the best choice is uBlock Origin.

Advertisements aren’t just annoying, they are one of the most prevalent attack vectors on the internet. Minimizing the amount of content you are downloading and running makes you much safer, and it speeds up your browsing at the same time! 😄

My advice to everyone: always retain as much data as possible never, ever overshare, and always compartmentalize¹. 🔒🧩 #PrivacyTips #DontOvershare #Compartmentalize #DataMinimization

1 In information security, compartmentalization limits access to sensitive data to only those with a "need to know," dividing information into isolated segments to minimize breach impact.
