World Cerebral Palsy Day raises awareness for the ~18 million people with CP and their families. CP affects movement, posture and often speech, vision, sleep and pain. Early diagnosis, rehabilitation and access to assistive devices improve independence and quality of life. The day promotes inclusive education, healthcare access and prevention measures during pregnancy and childbirth.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆 — thank you to PTs who restore movement, reduce pain, and improve daily life. PTs assess movement, prescribe tailored exercises, provide hands‑on care and education, and use modalities when needed to treat conditions like low back pain, neck/shoulder pain, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, post‑surgical rehab and chronic pain.

Do one practical thing today: try seated pelvic tilts — sit tall, feet flat; tuck pelvis to flatten low back for 3–5 sec, arch gently for 3–5 sec; repeat 8–12 times, stop if it hurts. Tag a PT, share a short recovery tip, or join a local screening.
