Do one practical thing today: try seated pelvic tilts โ€” sit tall, feet flat; tuck pelvis to flatten low back for 3โ€“5 sec, arch gently for 3โ€“5 sec; repeat 8โ€“12 times, stop if it hurts. Tag a PT, share a short recovery tip, or join a local screening.
