So I have less than a week to come up with $500 for a fortnight's rent, and I'm still unemployed which I'm trying to fix, but it's not going well. I'm pretty much out of things to sell (See pins), so I'm begging again.
I need $500 for rent, and I'm still about $200 short on my overdue water bill.

I'm still unemployed, and trying to fix that (interview today - thursday), but I still have rent and bills, and this week is particularly rough.
I have a phone/internet bill due on the 16th (covered and paid).
A water bill due on the 19th ($60/$250 - current goal - overdue).
And then rent at the end of the week (covered and paid). I can probably be a little late on the water bill if I have to, but I can't risk the phone/internet (I need them to get a job) or the rent (because life).
So I need about $900 in total. Please help if you can, or boost if you can't.
I'm sorry I keep begging, I've run out of stuff to sell that wouldn't put me in a worse position without it, and just don't know what else to do.

Oh great, so I'm not eligible for job-seeker allowance (unemployment benefits) because I "turned down a job offer" (this is the "you can have your job back if you move closer" 'offer' by my previous employer, who waited till the day I was due to return from medical leave to tell me they hadn't kept my position available and had changed the shift hours so that public transport was no longer an option anyway).
Fuck this year.
Hopefully I get one of the jobs I've applied for soon. But I need to pay rent today and only have $406 of the $500 I need for that.

Hey Fedi, so unless something magical happens I need help paying next fortnight's rent.
I had six weeks off work for medical reasons, only to be told on the day I was due to return to work that my position hadn't been kept for me.
So I'm madly applying for jobs, but unless I start somewhere last week (I did not) I'm not gonna get paid in time to pay the rent.
Which means I need $450 (of $500 total) to cover rent by the end of the week. A little extra for food would be nice, but I do have the basics (rice, beans, flour, oil, seasonings), so it's not critical yet. Rent though must be paid.
On the other hand, if you know anywhere looking to hire a Unix sysadmin, C developer, Javascript developer, tech support, storeperson, petrol station attendant, cleaner, or whatever, either remote or in Brisbane AU, let me know?

Hey Fedi, so I had surgery at the beginning of last month to cut a 10cm lump out of my abdomen, and I'm about ¾ way through the recovery; I currently work in warehousing so need a lot of time off because it's physical labour, so I return to work on 19 May, hopefully. Which means my first payday would be the 28th of May.
So I have a crowdfunder going to help me through till then. As it stands, if I don't buy any food (I am buying food), I still need about another $30 in a few days for phone and internet bill (current goal), and $500 next week for rent.
I also need to go back to the hospital on Friday for a checkup, so I need money for public transport.
Thanks to several people now I've made it this far... and I'd really like to continue having food, shelter, and internet, so if you can help me get through these next couple of weeks that would be most appreciated, and if not then please share the link around, both on here and anywhere else you are able.

This started well, but has ground to a halt. Attempting to crowdfund what I need to cover my final rent, a few bits and pieces I'll need on the road (mostly spare parts) and at camp (mostly food and water storage). Then a bit for emergency money, in case of major repair, extreme weather, etc.
