Messed up my Sega Saturn console with SAROO cartridge from AliExpress - it keeps showing flashing view that is supposed to be SAROO menu, but it's unreadable... :segasaturn:

Can it be related to my console being PAL?

And is there a way to restore :sega: Saturn to it's original state? Now it keeps flickering same view with that damn cartridge or without it :ablobcatcry:
