これめっちゃ懐かしいアイコンだ。
このアイコンの時は、シンプルなベクターに複数のレイヤーエフェクトみたいなものを掛け合わせてグラフィックを作るというアプリで、そのために左サイドにレイヤーパネル、右側にエフェクト一覧という作りだったんだよな。
それが現行の #SketchApp とかいまの #Figma の左にレイヤーパネル、右にプロパティパネルという #UI デザインツールのデファクトスタンダードの形になっていったことを考えると、改めて Sketch v1 は興味深いアプリだったな（当日仕事でバナーとかそれで作ってた思い出

#Affinity も以前 CEO が似たような理由で生成 AI 機能の搭載には慎重な姿勢を取ってるって話をしてて、そのときはある種の EU 文化圏ということも影響してるのかなーってなんとなく思っていたけど、今の UI デザインツールの潮流を作った Sketch がちゃんとこういうメッセージを出したことはまた違った感慨深さがある :vivaldia_5:

@kazuhito ありがとうございます！料金体系が変わる前後で前のバージョンを使っている方､たしかにいらっしゃいますよね！（自分のまわりにも :tony_smiling:
v4 は内部が完全に Swift で書き換えられているからか、部分的には v3 のほうがまだ「こなれていた（良い意味で枯れていた）」ところもある気がしていて、そういう点からも v3 を使い続ける方がいるのは自分もわからなくもないです :tony_smiling: 💦
（でも v4 もリリースから結構時間が経って大分安定してきた印象はあります :tony_smiling:
ちなみにですが、 #Forklift の最新版（v4）は #SketchApp とかと同じように「バージョンアップを受け取る権利だけがサブスク」というタイプなので、じつは完全なサブスクというわけでもなく、購入したアプリ自体は一度買えば（少なくともそのバージョンは）ずっと使い続けられるので、もし今後最新版使うことを検討されることがあったらご参考まで〜 :tony_happy:

#Adobe は今回の買収を仕掛けたことで #Figma の領域では負けを認めたようなもので、実際それまで #XD を推してた人もついに #Figma に移行せざるを得なくなってその便利さをちゃんと実感してしまったし、#XD は実質的な開発終了もアナウンスしてしまったあとに今回の買収断念ということになると、今後のオンスクリーンのUI デザイン領域で存在感を示すのはより難しくなったと思う。#XD のリブートとかするのかな？うーん、それも #Illustrator を #XD に作り変える！くらいのドラスティックなことしないと無理だと思うけど、まあ今までの #XD の流れを見てるとそれができるような #Adobe ではないよな…
#Adobe の今後のアドバンテージは #Photoshop #Illustrator とか #DTP レガシーアプリと生成 #AI の #Firefly の連携とかになりそうだけあれもたしかに機能としてはすごいんだけど、個人的意見としてはあれをプロユースで考えるとレタッチとか素材探し・素材作りみたいな時にたまにあると便利という程度で、既存のデザインワークフローそのものを変えるようなモノじゃないと思っている（その点、#Figma は UI デザインのワークフローを大きく変えた）

(sadly: I'm probably going to have to discard a bunch of the small-scale detail you see there, to make the icon actually legible at normal viewing sizes 🙃 I'm very much still learning)
