I got the first layer of weathering on Frost Shaman Boudi from Hasslefree Miniatures done. I am updating the paint job on this model to my newer standard as a test for updating my whole fantasy army.

Glade riders, the first squadron of light cavalry. Beloved, adorable cornets, fast and gallant. That was a nightmare to paint them, 3 features in one time made the process horrible. Bad paints (white, orange), bad poses (closed hand positions, riders on horses as one item), huge amount of details (just like they are at least 20mm, not 10mm).

Tonight I got more playtesting done on my dungeon crawler skirmish game.

This one was tough! My band investigated some chanting and stumbled across three necromancers who had raised an extra-powerful zombie.

Though we got the jump on them, thanks to the gifts of their death god, they quickly turned the tables on us and my hero lost both of his two companions to their knives! Yikes!

Luckily, my archer was able to drop the cultists with his deadly arrows.

Inspired by @mxfraud 's #Mordheim cards I tried to make some data cards for individual #orkz in #gorkamorka. The problem is, the trading card game generator needs tables to be legible, the spreadsheet needs to not be just plain hideous, and the hand made ones are so labour intensive. Need to find something different.

Two sides of gorkamorca character data cards. The basis is thicker red crafting paper with on it intentionally irregularly cut bit of paper with tables on. The tables are for the stats of the character as well as the stats of their attacks. There are so many stats in this game haha

Slick looking module generated character data card for Balzak the Nob. It looks Good but is illegibly because there are a lot of messy stats - this is just a long string of letters and numbers on a line constantly. Not helpful. But I might have mentioned before it's better looking.

Spreadsheed screenshot that shows the front and back of a character data card. It is as functional as the handmade one but it's soulless and boring.

More drawing figures today for my upcoming game "Fable on your Table" (second edition).

From left to right, a squire, a knight, a man-at-arms, a rogue, and a spider-mage.

Again, don't pretend to be a great artist, but I think these are good enough to convey what they need to.

These will serve as papercraft minis players can print out and use if they don't want to buy and paint up their own miniatures for their heroes and their companions.
