Greek horan can probably be traced back to the Proto-Indo-European root *wer- meaning “to perceive, watch our for”, which also passed into Proto-Germanic as *waraz “aware, wary” and *wardon “to guard”, the former becoming Old English wær “prudent, aware, alert, wary” and giving us Modern English beware, and the latter passing through Frankish and Old French giving us English regard.

"Be peaceful" and most people were, from what we saw which admitedly we didn't see much.

But after the narratives about bad ballots and the more genuine issues of suppression by socialMedia giants that we all saw, they would've wanted more #theatrics. It had been pumped up across the news cycle, and a loitering crowd, touring the halls was probably not sensational enough.

They wanted steam to be let off that day.

Maybe we are too cynical, but you can't blame us, right?
