It just needs decrypted system files
The old M3 builds of citra and Lime3DS and PabloMK7's fork included a Downloader for encrypted system files but also decrypted on the fly
I'm guessing they don't do that anymore mostly for legal reasons but also performance might be better without decryption
My plan is to mass download all 21 variants, 7 regions and 3 types, new, old, minimal
Then I'll provide both encrypted and decrypted versions.
Even if nobody cares I'll still hoard it for myself
Honestly I need to get a cheap VPS to do stuff like this with since bandwidth is basically free
I wouldn't be hosting any ROMs, just system files which are already freely available
It's all about ease of access, and I'm getting more into this mostly because I have two friends that have a 3DS and yeah wanted to keep things clean
