All VPNs stopped working now, I managed to find one for a smartphone but I need one much more for my ancient 12 years old laptop on windows 8.1, but all vpn clients I found requires win 10 minimum. Is there any client that will work with 8.1? Openvpn used to work fine until this morning but not anymore.
