Had done the test for ? posterior canal (most common culprit) and came up "all clear" but will now try tests for other canals.
Edit:
Using the Hallpike Manouevre below I got a pretty strong positive with my head turned to the left.
Moved on and did the Home Epley Manouevre with head turned to the right.
Lots of little autonomic flutterings after doing that three times - nausea, hot flushes, ...

I (human) got vertigo last night a few times when rolling in bed.
Of course I should have sought medical advice first but I looked up "vertigo" & "manoeuvre" in YT and tried two reps. [yucky details omitted]
Things seem better - though some slight nausea remains.
The question is "Do they use similar manoeuvres for dogs with vertigo?
