Happy Birthday Pac-Man!

On this date in 1980, Pac-Man was first released in Japan. It wasn't until October 1980 that it came to the US, but we celebrate today as his birthday!

Pac-Man was a HUGE part of my childhood since I was born in the early 70's, Pac-Man was a video game I played all the time when I went to the arcade. Pac-Man was a collectible that I had in various forms as a kid and still today as an adult in my mid 50's.

Pac-Man has and always will be very special to me and was a very huge reason why I resonated with video games from a very early age and again, still play a lot of video games today.

It's crazy to think that Pac-Man turns 45 years old today and is still as strong of a brand/product today as it was back in the 80's and 90's.
