Wenn ich Zeit finde, Musik zu schreiben, ist echt sonst gar nix los in meinem Leben, was eben deswegen auch okay ist und so sein darf.

Mit den klassisch-mysteriösen Mage-Spielercharakteren definitiv kompatibel. Bin echt zufrieden damit und werde es mir Morgen erst nochmal anhören. Ich find jede Kampagne sollte ein Thema haben und wenn auch nur ein bescheidenes.

"Community Cup Workout 1"
AMRAP 20'
* 15 box jump-overs (20/24)
* 10 dumbbell snatches (15 / 22.5)
* 5 strict handstand push-ups

I scaled the height of the box (can't jump 24"), the weight of the dumbbell (12.5kg) and went for box pike push-ups.

Finished 8 rounds and 23 reps. In 33℃🌡️

Afterwards some accessory

* 12 Standing Landmine Twists (25kg)
* 10 Landmine Presses (25kg)
* 10 Landmine Romanian Deadlifts (25, 25 and 30kg on the last round)

- 2 negative box pike push ups
- 3 box step ups
- 4 dumbbell snatches (increasing weight)

Workout prep: 1 set
- 3 box step ups
- 2 dumbbell snatches
- 1 box pike push up

Workout: "Community Cup workout 1" 20 min AMRAP
- 15 box step overs
- 10 db snatches (10 kg)
- 5 box pike push ups
Managed 8 rounds & 7 reps and ended drenched in sweat because it was the warmest day of the year so far and we peaked around 32°C

Accessory: 3 sets
- 12 standing alternating landmine twists (empty BB)
- 10 landmine press e/s (empty BB)
- 10 landmine Romanian deadlifts e/s (empty BB)
Tried adding some weight but too tired & too warm, so empty it was,
Gosh was it warm and sticky and humid. But done.

I scaled this to doing bench with 32kg on the bar, and 800m biking after each round. Finished in 11'30"

- 10 walking lunges
- 5/5 single arm DB bench press (6 kg)
- 10 deadbugs

Mobility: Banded 7s

Workout: "Running Bench", for time (time cap 18 min, upped to 22 min due to heat index)
- 25 - 20 - 15 - 10 Bench press (approx 50% of 1 RM -> did 19 kg)
- 400 m run -> 800 m erg bike because hammies
Finished in 12:44, and I put my bike under the fan to get the outdoors feeling

Accessory: 3 rounds
- 12 double DB prone row (RPE7 -> 7,5 kg)
- 12 inverted skull crusher

People annoyed the sh!t out me at work today, so working out was needed. But OMFG was it warm. No giving it all out today.

Hamstring doesn't care how many reps, 60kg is my max at the moment, So 60kg it was

Accessory Supersets: 4 rounds
- 20 walking lunges (2x5kg)
- 30" Copenhagen plank e/s
- 10 single leg glute bridge e/s (skipped the weight here)

Nice strength workout, scaled as needed, hopefully hamstring doesn't annoy me more
