Warm up 1: 2 sets

- 10 banded good mornings
- 30 sec handstand hold
- 5 broad jumps
Warm up 2:
- 2 negative box pike push ups
- 3 box step ups
- 4 dumbbell snatches (increasing weight)
Workout prep: 1 set
- 3 box step ups
- 2 dumbbell snatches
- 1 box pike push up
Workout: "Community Cup workout 1" 20 min AMRAP
- 15 box step overs
- 10 db snatches (10 kg)
- 5 box pike push ups
Managed 8 rounds & 7 reps and ended drenched in sweat because it was the warmest day of the year so far and we peaked around 32°C
Accessory: 3 sets
- 12 standing alternating landmine twists (empty BB)
- 10 landmine press e/s (empty BB)
- 10 landmine Romanian deadlifts e/s (empty BB)
Tried adding some weight but too tired & too warm, so empty it was,
Gosh was it warm and sticky and humid. But done.
