Am Freitag, den 4. April 2025, veranstaltet die #UniBremen erneut einen #FreeShop und ein #WorldCafé für neue internationale Studierende und Forschende. Der FreeShop basiert auf #Spenden und die Uni freut sich über Haushaltsspenden in gutem Zustand.
Diese können bis zum 20.März 2025, montags und donnerstags von 10-12 Uhr im International Office/Welcome Center abgegeben werden.

@macherburg Dann ging es an fünf #WorldCafe -Thementischen um den Mehrwert von #MagdeMINT, die Sichtbarkeit des Netzwerks, eine Verstetigung des Projekts, z.B. als Verein, die Bündelung der Anfragen und Angebote über einen Datenbank bzw. Webseite sowie die weitere Qualitätsentwicklung.

🕵️ Beobachtung heute bei einer Veranstaltung, die auf die Methode #WorldCafé setzt.
🤷🏼♂️ Die Methode wurde überwiegend an den Tischen nicht sehr gut umgesetzt.
💡 Mein Tipp zu solchen Methoden: Scheut euch nicht, euren Moderator*innen/Facilitator*innen einen Crash-Kurs in der jeweiligen Methode zu geben, oder ihnen zumindest kurz mitzuteilen, was ihr von ihnen erwartet.
✨ Davon haben alle was: eine gute Anwendung der Methoden macht allen mehr Spaß, und evtl. werden auch die Ergebnisse besser.
Très bon atelier ce matin grâce à l'intelligence collective en #worldcafe des participant·es pour travailler sur leurs points forts et leurs points faibles pour #entreprendre
Nous espérons avoir lever des freins et donner des perspectives pour se lancer autrement en #SCOP #CAE avec @oxalis_scop et @AstrolabeCAE ou #portage
Entreprendre en autonomie, mais faire parti d'un collectif peut aider à retirer certains freins.
