I left the lid off for 2 hours with the cooker on Low, so it would thicken a little more. The immersion blender made the perfect texture for our liking.

Basically highly concentrated apple juice mixed with sugar beets juice.

Takes 20mins to chop the apples and then 8 hours in the slow cooker.
