Auctioneers who are not Federal Firearms Licensees must handle firearms at auctions very carefully. Federal law prohibits unlicensed individuals from transferring or possessing firearms on behalf of others. Even in states with universal background check laws, non-FFL auctioneers cannot physically receive or hold firearms during the auction. There was a mega #ICE raid at a south #Georgia Hyundai battery plant yesterday (Thurs, 4 Sept)—
Officials apprehended ~450 people suspected to be in the #USA illegally, per their X (social media) post.
It was a joint operation among several federal government agencies including #ATF (under the Dept. of Justice, #DOJ ), DHS (the umbrella dept. for ICE), the FBI and the DEA, as well as the Georgia State Patrol.

The pre-kindergarten through eighth grade school had an all-school Mass scheduled at 8:15 AM Wednesday morning, according to its website. Monday was the first day of school.
