A new round of #EU enlargement would cost 37 G€/year in new contributions, according to #EC whisperers.

Sure, enlargement is an opportunity if you want to rewrite the treaties and remove the unanimity rule, sink the CAP, increase own resources (with an EU treasury and taxes to fund a #BankingUnion). Saying enlargement without saying any of that is plain intellectual dishonesty.
