Samke Harra (Lebanese Spicy Tahini Fish) on saffron rice with a bright and fresh Shirazi Salad made by @sebalicious and I a couple of weeks ago! The fish was SO delicious and unlike anything I have ever had ever had before. 10/10 would make and eat way too much of this again 🤤

This weekend, @sebalicious and I tag teamed on some straight-up culinary magic in the kitchen and ate like kings! We absolutely STUFFED ourselves on these Vietnamese inspired pesto stuffed whole bass. The mint and lime pesto tasted INCREDIBLE, and the fish was cooked to absolute perfection! I turned the leftover Vietnamese pesto and made a dressing to make up a tossed cucumber salad and bring some balance to the dish. 100/10 would overstuffed myself on this meal again! 🐟🌶🍋‍🟩🌿🥜🥒🍚🤤

@sebalicious snagged some super delicious marinated anchovies from a little local Italian market and immediately decided that an elaborate and beautiful homemade Italian brunch was necessary to celebrate and accompany them. Friday afternoon, I showed @sebalicious how to make biscotti so that we could have it with our Saturday morning coffee. We had a lot of fun during the process of baking, cutting, baking again, and dipping! These traditional anise and vanilla biscotti are packed with mini chocolate chips and roasted almonds, then dipped in dark chocolate, and finished off with a dusting of roasted pistachios.

As expected, they went deliciously with a perfectly made (by Bash, the very best barista) cappuccino! 🤌🍪🇮🇹☕️😍🤤
