If you're using #LetsEncrypt-style certificates via #buypass, I just found out that apparently they (or their upstream on their behalf) started dropping connections to api.buypass.com from any #Tor-bridge (not just exits).

Time to quote my provider for a 2nd IPv4 address, I guess.

@minoru I received an email that #buypass Had Issues (TM) and I need to renew my certificate before Jan 4th — I guess it might be related.
No technical info on their website, though…

Anyone else having problems renewing their TLS certificates with #BuyPass? Both DNS and webroot challenges fail. I don't even see HTTP requests to the .well-known/acme-challenge, which is weird.

News on the #certbot front:
- aliasing via CNAMEs now works and updates no longer stomp on the top-level zone (which gave me a nice scare when #BIND9 didn't want to come up due to a .jnl-file)
- hello #buypass, good bye #LetsEncrypt ("local" Norwegian cert provider)
