iOS 18.4 has arrived, and with it, a fresh batch of new emojis—now ready to explore in #Codepoint! As much as I’d love to, I had no say in their design 🥸
With #Python now being "the most popular programming language" (don't get me started...), the #Unicode consortium has announced a new #codepoint specifically to aid Python #developers and increase efficiency -- both of time, and of storage.
The next Unicode release will include a codepoint representing triple double quotes, making #docstrings much easier.

`System.Web.HttpUtility.HtmlEncode()` encodes 8-bit ASCII or Latin-1 characters to 7-bit ASCII using decimal codepoint #entities, which isn't as comprehensive, and anything above #codepoint U+00FF don't seem to be preserved accurately, so this seems like a less reliable encoder.

Nice little helper for when you see unfamiliar / ambiguous "#characters" in a text and want to see how their #CodePoint is officially called in #Unicode - can you tell an Em dash from an En dash just by looking at it? No matter what the font is?
Also works the other way around, e.g. try searching for "not equal".
