I've moved on to Les Miserables, for I've read little Hugo, and remember well his Toilers of the Sea which I read during my cephalopod special-interest stage.
That time also had my Frank Norris reading (the Octopus , duh)- I'm quite lastingly find of that California muckraker.
Anyhow just wanted to say that Les Mis is about the least Infinite Jest novel I could imagine.
